Sustainable Investment Strategies is a fee-based investment management firm. Our fee is based on the size of your portfolio.
- Fees are not tiered. They are flat monthly fees.
- The month end value of your account is the determining factor as to the rate we will bill for that month.
- We are only compensated by the fees that our clients pay us. We do not accept any inducements from any third party or share in any of our custodian’s trading commissions.
- Our fee is charged in monthly installments.
The fee schedule is as follows:

Transaction Fees
Since ETFs are bought and sold like stocks there are trading commissions for buying and selling. The current commission rate at Scottrade (the custodian of client accounts) for the purchase or sale of an ETF is $7.00. Sustainable Investment Strategies does not share (in any way) with the commissions generated from trading.
