General Privacy Policy

The safeguard of your personal information is of equal importance as our very own. Every bit of your information stays with Sustainable Investment Strategies, LLC (hereinafter SIS) and our trusted client account custodian.  We will not sell, gift, trade, lease, rent, transfer, or share in anyway your personal information.

SIS only obtains information from clients that assist in providing investment management services and to complete custodian requirements and comply with various state and federal compliance requirements.

SIS may disclose all the personal information we collect to our client custodian so that they may provide account custody and brokerage services.

SIS allows access only to individuals who must have client’s personal information to service the account.  SIS will maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect clients’ information.  SIS will treat former clients with the same consideration as current clients. SIS will notify clients of our privacy policy in a letter 1.) included with the ADV, provided to all new clients, and 2.) sent to every client along with his or her 1st quarter performance report each year.

Email Inquiries: When visitors send e-mail inquiries to Sustainable Investment Strategies, LLC the return e-mail address is used to answer the e-mail inquiry and communicate with the sender.  Sustainable Investment Strategies, LLC does not use the return e-mail address for any other purpose and does not share it with any third party.

Semi-annual Email Newsletter and as needed correspondence: Every e-mail of our semi-annual newsletter will contain the option to unsubscribe at the end of the e-mail. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Non-identifying Information:  May be used to improve our website.  As an example, to improve the site, information collected regarding site traffic or specific page traffic may be shared, but this will never include any shred of your identifying information.

Updates: Sustainable Investment Solutions may amend its Privacy Policy from time to time; these changes will be posted online and take effect as soon as they are posted.
